New Zig Clear Color Real Brush Pens

Hi everyone.  Playing with my new Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens that I got from hubby for my birthday. :)  They are so easy to use and blend beautifully.  And I love the brightness of the colours.

I stamped this image in waterproof black ink onto Mixed Media Paper and then watercoloured using three shades of blue and two shades of green.  I had this image done in about 15 minutes, which is really fast for me. :)  Love this new stamp set from Stampin' Up! ... and know I'll get a lot of use from the four stamps, especially this sentiment stamp.

Simple, one layer card, which is pretty rare for me. :)

This was inspired by the Happy Little Stampers Sketch challenge that went live just a week ago ...

Also entering this card into Virginia's View #16 - 100% Stamping (my second entry), ATS&M #151 - Anything Goes, and Paper Players #252 - The Great Outdoors ... haven't played along there for ages, so happy to be joining in this week!

Have not been feeling well for the past week, so doing a little colouring was very therapeutic and took my mind off things.  :)

I don't know if this happens to you, but I have bought stamping supplies several times and when the order arrives, it turns out I already have it. :)  I'm getting so much (fun) STUFF that I'm having trouble keeping track. :)

I recently got an order from Joann's with two sets of two Penny Black Stamps.  I didn't order one, but two of both --- how the heck did that happen??!!  :)

I have decided to give them away to my loyal followers.  If you're interested, leave a message on this post saying which one you'd like (or both), and then I will do a random draw.  The draw will be one week from today.

Here are the stamp sets:

Penny Black Nature's Gift Clear Stamps, , hi-res

Thanks for taking the time to visit, and thanks to those that leave me comments ... most appreciated!

Now I want to work with this stamp instead of what I should be doing! Gorgeous card, Loll and those Brush Markers are at the top of my list. I would be interested in either of these PB stamps. I've got things in orders that I didn't realize I'd put in the cart. I'm not sure how this stuff happens but it's nice of you to share your bounty!

I love following your work Loll. You did a beautiful job blending with the Zig brush pens. Makes me want a set!! And I'd love either set of stamps, but think the Penny Black etched branches would be a very versatile stamp to have. Thank you for sharing!!

This is gorgeous, Loll. I knew you would love the markers. You've done a fabulous job of watercoloring with them. Aren't they the best? I would love either stamp set. Thanks so much for sharing with us. Also, I'm happy to know I'm not the only person who buys something they already have. Haven't gotten 2 of 1 thing in the same order yet, but I'm sure it will happen. :)

Wow! I just got a set of those markers myself and you've given me some inspiration to get using them. I've done the double ordering thing also. Then I thought I could give them to a friend as a gift but she already had them! I was toying with the idea of a giveaway and now you've inspired me with that too! BTW I would love either of those sets - you certainly have doubly good taste. Feel better!

Oh Loll, I love this card and your watercoloring on this flower! Everyone has sung their praises on these watercolors! They must be fun and they are on my wish list at Amazon. lol One day....I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well. I hope you feel better soon!! I think we all have ordered the same thing without realizing it or got double cause we forgot what we have. lol Been there and done that! I love that first stamp set with all the different "leaves" and textures, it certainly is "nature's gifts". Looks like fun and would make some lovely card. Feel better my friend!!! Hugs, Brenda

Glad you are starting to feel better! You are the only stamper I have a special folder in my computer to put pictures of some of your cards. Love your designs!!! This card is another beauty. Both Penny Black stamp sets are great. Can't wait to see what you make with them.

Beautiful card Loll! I've just got that stamp set too, it's great for colouring of all kinds! You've made a fabulous job of colouring it with those Zig markers! I hope you had a lovely birthday! Hazel xx

Thanks for sharing your loot with a lucky winner. Either set would be fine with me but the Etched Branches would be my first choice. Your card is beautiful and I hope your not feeling well is very short-lived.

Your card is beautiful Loll! Your blending with the Zig pens looks so effortless! I got the set of 24 a month ago and have only played with them once and thought I liked my Copics better. I think I need to sit down and give them a bit more time. Also wondering if I should have bought a larger set (like the 48) and if I would have had better luck with more range of color options with a larger set. But anyway, your card is CAS and just lovely! And yes, I too have ordered things I already have...grrrrr! Both of the PB sets are beautiful and I would love to play with either one of them...thank you for your generous offer!! :0)

I've been eying the Zig markers...maybe for my birthday. Your card is gorgeous. Hope that you are feeling better, not feeling good is such a bummer. I've done that with Joann's too, wonder how happens? I'd love the Natures Gift set, if I'm lucky enough to be picked. Thanks for sharing, both your talent and your extra stamps!

Beautiful job coloring! I just received my Zig real brush pens and love them. I hope you are feeling better soon. I enjoy looking at all your posts. Thank you for the chance to win. I love Penny Black stamps. The Etched Branches have been on my wish list for a while. I too have bought double of stamps before, I usually give the duplicate to my Mom.

What a wonderfully generous thing to do! If you draw my name, I'd be more than happy with one stamp (and it doesn't matter which one as I like them both). As for your Jig marker coloring - beautiful job. I received my a few days ago and still haven't gotten the hang of them... do you dip your marker into water prior to using or do you just wet the paper first? I guess I just need more time to play. Again, thank you for thinking of us with your sweet giveaway.

Such a gorgeous one layer card Loll and I am pleased to see you making great use of your birthday present. Colouring is very therapeutic isn't it and I hope you are feeling better by now. Double ordering happened to me recently too so I now carefully check the form before I press the order button! I have been looking for a good pine bough set recently, so that set would be great if you happen to pull out my name.

Beautifully coloured image, Loll! I'm trying to ignore Zig Real Brush Pens - don't know how long I'll be able to keep it up. I don't think I've managed to double up on any orders yet, but I did have to check my catalogue to see if I already had the Etched Branches! I don't, so I'd be happy with either - and it's very good of you to offer them out. Hope you're feeling better.

The stamped image sure looks different once it's colored in. You did a beautiful job with the coloring. Ha, I thought I was the only one that bought things twice! Thanks for your generosity. Would love the Nature's Gift set. It's actually been on my wish list. Hope you are feeling better.

Your card is stunning, and I am going to have to check out that new SU flower set. I love how you colored it, and am so very happy I took the plunge to get those Zig pens. You have really gotten the blending down like a champ. Do not feel bad for forgetting what you have and ordering again. I think we have all done that! I would love to be entered into the drawing for the Nature's Gifts stamps. Thanks

Hi, Loll--love your coloring magic on one of my most fave stamps! Looks so authentic. I would like to be in the pool for the PB Nature's Gifts stamp. Good to know other people double order -- now I don't feel so bad about having done it -- thanks for putting it to good use.

That flower is gorgeous, Loll. Too bad you're not giving away that stamp set. ;) I've often ordered twice and now know to look at my cart more closely. I have both of these sets already so don't put me in the drawing,.

I'm so relieved that I'm not the only one with multiples - not that it helps me locate them when I'm looking :P Hoping you're feeling better now that it's a bit cooler and the sky not so smoggy.

I just love this Stampin Up set - as far as doubles, I'm often asking my demonstrator "do I already have this?" Put some shoes away for winter and ended up ordering another pair just like them in the spring - now that was an expensive double haha Hope you are feeling better now that it's cooler - we wait so long for summer, and then spend a lot of time in the air conditioning. Ah, global warming...Love the stamp Nature's Gifts, would be great for Christmas cards!! Thanks for the opportunity
