You've certainly captured the rich purple-blue tones of a classic Iris (my Iris are this color when they bloom!). As always, you are magnificent with the colors and designing! TFS & Hugs

Oh Wow! I too followed the link and love not only the color but the beautiful watercolor painting on this. I'm a fan of Penny Black stamps so it's fun to see what you used and how you used them. This one is quite inspirational and is now on my wish list.

This looks so real and reminds me of my childhood. My mom had so many flowers and our iris were that deep color too. Layering distress inks came out beautiful. Such rich color and beautiful shading on your card.

Penny Black punches are very beautiful, but that's only half the battle. Only the application of the color makes these flowers come to life. Your flowers look like a natural, so beautiful coloring technique. Simplicity has gained an amazing designer, and it makes everyone want to have these stamps.
