When my oldest son moved away from home, I converted his old bedroom into an "art studio" - it's great to have a dedicated room for crafting. Most days I am in the studio creating cards and trying out new techniques that I find on-line.
I love to share my passion for card making and regularly hold workshops with my friends to pass along any new techniques or special construction cards that I learn. It's a fun way to spend time with friends and be creative ... two of my favorite pastimes!
Over the past several months, I have made a lot of cards and I decided to donate them in my local area. So far I have donated to a senior's home, B.C.'s Children's hospital, Royal Columbian Hospital and Nikkei Place Community Centre. I am happy that my cards are being enjoyed by others.
