I have some of the paste, NBUS, so I must check it. I had some of the Nuvo mousse, 3 jars, of which all were so dry, I couldn't rehydrate it. I saw a video where the same thing happened to the person; she contacted tonic, and they replaced it. So I did too. It took a while, but finally after a couple of reminding emails that they had promised to replace, I did get the replacements. This is disappointing when such happens, as this stuff is not cheap. One may not use it quickly, and if you are storing it properly, then it should not be drying out!
