I inked them in...The wheels are part of the stamp. I inked them in black, stamped onto white cardstock and then cut them out ... just in a circle, ignoring the small scalloped edge design of the wheels. Then I lightly sponged the crumb cake ink around the edges to color them the same as the dirt and mounted them to the card, popping them up with dimensionals.
