The shades of the flowers are so beautiful! I was wondering how you added a gray haze to the purple flowers and now I know. :-) I think it turned out very well even though you didn't plan that way. I can see Robyn's inspiration and Bonnie's "pulling ink from flowers" technique in these cards. ;-)<br />Hideko xxPapercraft Boutiquehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07647900514689603109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5834329094115891966.post-87320374016498663692020-05-31T06:46:32.320-07:002020-05-31T06:46:32.320-07:00Beautiful cards Loll - as I have told you, I don&#...Beautiful cards Loll - as I have told you, I don't always comment but I am always watching especially now when major cities in the US are being plundered and burned. I can see the coral in the first card, but I imagine it's more noticeable IRL. One of my favorite blends is coral and red. I still use SU Cameo Coral and Ruby Red together. Now, that purple -- so gorgeous! The faint gray in the background is a nice shadowy, ghostly effect, and the little bit of bleed just adds to the watercolor look.Leslie Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12242569371751832426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5834329094115891966.post-8238032360295431322020-05-30T07:29:24.933-07:002020-05-30T07:29:24.933-07:00Beautifully done -- I love both of your cards!! I love the coral one. The purple one looks like a happy accident. Many times people add a slight bit of watercolor around the image and that's what it appears you did.
