Day Nine - Twelve Tags of Christmas

Techniques: Paper towel background (left over brushos - green, lime green, yellow, turquoise), Dry embossing, Stenciling with embossing paste, Heated Copper, Torn edge, Heat embossing.
Products:  Brushos Mop-up paper towel, mister, On Point embossing folder (SU!), Embossing paste (Dreamweaver), Falling Snow stencil (Simon Says).  Fir Trees die (Impression Obsession), copper sheets, butane torch.  Mixed Christimas Sentiments stamp set (Happy Little Stampers), copper embossing powder, heat tool.  Crinkle ribbon dyed with Brushos.

  4. How cool to use dry embossing and embossing paste on the same background. It sure adds interest and so much texture and LOVE that paper towel technique! I never think to use the torn paper and love the way it simulates the snow drifts, so perfect for your trees. This is such a beautiful tag, Loll and love those colors!

  5. Wowsers! The copper trees look just stunning against the softness of the green brusho mop-up! Like the 'snow' embossing and stencil paste. The snow drifts look splendid. Gorgeous tag! TFS

  6. I love that pretty bright green and the stencilled and texture paste snow over which those copper trees sit beautifully and the copper embossed sentiment complements them perfectly. Vicky's tag in that great darker colour green, and what a contrast with the black stencilling and sentiment tag, and the white stars, a wonderful tag. x
