Guest on Card Maker's Corner

Hi everyone.  Today I'm honoured to be Guest on Card Maker's Corner.  This is a bi-monthly feature on Rahmat's blog (Cards and Cooking Corner), where she introduces her readers to other crafters and includes some of their work and info about their lives.

Rahmat asked me to pick my three favourite cards I've made to share on her blog and I've included them below as well.  It was hard to pick just three from the over 1,100 cards I've made ... but here they are. :)  They represent my favourite techniques which are watercolouring, stenciling, heated copper and die-cutting.  :)

Rahmat has also given me ten questions to answer.  Click HERE to see the answers and learn a little bit more about me.  :)

Thanks Rahmat!

Fab cards Loll, how did you choose?
Great answers and it was interesting finding some new insights into your crafting and the 'little' thing we didn't know. I'm not sure I would have been as calm as you! :)

Congrats on being featured Loll! However, I'm not surprised, as you know I am a great admirer of your work! All three great choices, but I wouldn't have liked to make such a very difficult choice, as I have loved everything I have seen of yours! Have a lovely week! Hazel xx

Congrats on being featured, Loll! Well deserved, I might add! Love all these cards but my favorite is the multi-layered Christmas tree - so pretty!

Congratulations Loll on your Guest appearance and so lovely to find out some things about you we don't already know, especially how you were able to stay calm and help your hubby like that and that he has recovered so well. Your three cards are gorgeous. The watercolouring on the first is so pretty, and the lovely texture and inking and then the gold shiny leaves on top work so well on the second, and then the last with the beautiful foliage die cuts layered up to make the tree and the wonderful snow in the background and on the tree just shouts Christmas. All stunning and so different, and out of over a thousand a difficult choice to make! x

A BIG Congrats on your guest feature Loll!! I'm not sure how you could only pick just 3, and I'm glad I wasn't asked to pick only 3 of your amazing cards cause there is no way I could pick just 3. Although the 3 you have picked are stunning and so beautiful! But then I say that about all your cards because they are all equally beautiful and stunning. Hugs, Brenda

I'm drooling all over my keyboard here, Loll. I haven't seen all of your 1100 cards, and I'd hate to pick from all of those, but these three are FAN TAS TIC!! I will have to CASE the poppy one if I can manage that background, and my pine punch will be making a tree come winter.

Been and read your interview and left some love over there. How in the world did you pick just 3? Iny, miene, mo?, lol. Congrats to you and best wishes to your hubby...I know what that's like. So glad that it's all working out so well. Yahoo to both of you. I don't comment often enough, but I see . every post and LOVE your cards. Even if I'm not very good at CAS, you sure are. Esp, love your watercolor cards. I'm working on getting better at that.

Wonderful cards! Actually, all your cards are beautiful. A long time ago I came across your blog and have remained with you:-) and I am very glad for I have found the endless source of inspiration. The last card of your favorite - I remember when I saw her for the first time, I was speechless and in awe lasted a long time on this card.

It would be impossible for me to pick 3 favorites from all your cards, but I think you did a great job on your selections! Big congratulations for being featured, and it could not have been more well deserved! TFS & giving another look at some wonderful cards. Hugs

Loll, I see ALL of your blog posts...I don't always comment, but I simply love your style. Your cards are always so beautifully crafted...and when I grow up, (LOL), I want to be able to stamp like you! That first card is one of my favorites of all time...simply STUNNING! I have a Cameo, and I always say I'm going to make some stencils, but then I don't know where to start! You are definitely an inspiration to the stamping community!

I'm just back from reading, enjoying immensely, and commenting on your interview with Rahmat. How you narrowed your stunning gallery of cards to 'just' three...impressive! In my world, everything you create is a work of art! If we ever head your direction, I'd love to meet you for coffee...We never know where bike-racing may take us (apparently to Delta in July, so I've heard...)
