Penny Black - Simplicity at it's best

Hi everyone.  I'm sharing a little sneak peek of my Penny Black card that is posted on the Simplicity at it's best blog.  Click HERE to check out a full-size photo of my card, along with complete instructions on how it was made.

My Simpliciity Sister, Mayline, is posting today on the Penny Black blog as well.  She is such an amazing designer.  Hope you'll drop by to see both of our projects.  Thank you!

You definitely gave HONOURS to this stamp's name, definitely a GEM. The soft colours and black ink doodles are superbly done. An exquisite card! xx

Marvelous watercoloring, and I love the off-center placement too. It's very dramatic. (I'm not sure how to comment at the PB blog so doing it here). Great color choices for the flower as well, and I really liked the black doodling. You are very brave! TFS & Hugs

This is such a beautiful and elegant one-layer card, Loll! I love how you stamped the flower going off the edge. Your distress ink watercoloring is just exquisite! And you did a fantastic job doodling around the flower with the black pen. The sentiment is in the perfect placement too. Hideko xx
