Hi everyone. Today's card is Dahlias. I LOVE these flowers. The designs are beautiful and the colours are gorgeous.
The background is a stencil monoprint of tiny circles done with Peeled Paint ink. Dahlia image is stamped over top in black pigment ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Used my watercolour paint brushes and distress inks to colour the image.
Cut the panel down and popped it on my Old Olive card base, adding a white embossed sentiment on the right hand side. :)
This card was relaxing and fun to make. :)

Dahlias are such big and beautiful blooms which finish off the floral year and only die when the first frosts appear, and you have watercoloured these really beautifully Loll, and the background stencil monoprint in the green placed on a matching card base and with a white embossed sentiment complements them perfectly...a gorgeous card. x

A fantastic background for those beautiful autumn flowers. Coloring these flowers with watercolors looks stunning. I always love your watercolor work. The olive background behind the floral panel harmonizes perfectly with the panel's own color scheme. It is a truly beautiful card, my dear Loll.
