CAS Stencil October Challenge

Hi everyone.  Today's card is for the new CAS Stencil challenge for October.  This month I'm hosting and I'm asking you to use patterened paper. :)  We all have tons of patterned paper in our cupboards, so time to pull some out and create a stenciled card with the patterned paper in the background.

The card above uses a very subtle, small green check paper as the background.  I sponged over top through a NBUS poinsettia stencil that I bought recently.  I love how it turned out!  I used the whole 6"x6" sheet of checked paper to stencil.  I only used a portion of it for the card above.

I used a leftover piece to create a second card ...
Cut a square and added a stitched white frame and sentiment to finish.

I hope you'll play along and use up some of your patterned paper! :)
